Baileigh Milling Machine VM-942E-1

The Baileigh Industrial VM-942E-1 knee mill is the big brother to the VM-936E vertical mill. It carries on the tradition of a well built economical machine that will do everything you could ask and more. This 220 volt single phase machine can be run just about anywhere, making it a good fit for just about any size fabricator or machine shop.

The VM-942E-1knee mill comes with a lot of features included making it fit right in the Baileigh Industrial line up. The 10” x 40” table of the VM-942E-1 milling machine is hardened, then surface ground and finally polished offering a longer and more precise life. The casting of the machine is forged for extra rigidity, less vibration, offering better tolerances and longer tool life. The spindle on the head of the VM-942E-1 vertical mill is an industry standard R-8 which allows tooling to be sourced anywhere.

The VM-1040E has X and Y axis power feeds for convenience and ease of use. Digital read out for the X and Y axis is also standard. The VM-1040E milling machine has a belt driven head producing speeds as low as 220 rpm and up to 2400 RPM. A halogen work light is also included with this great package.
