Seller Terms & Conditions
Commission: When the sale is finalized, a 20% seller's fee is due to Batavia Machinery.
Equipment Information: Sellers must provide accurate specifications, descriptions, and photos of all equipment listed.
Sales Processing: All sales are processed through Batavia Machinery to protect both buyers and sellers, especially when financing or trade-ins are involved.
7-Day Return Privilege: Batavia Machinery extends a seven (7) day return privilege to customers. Because of this policy, payment to the seller will generally be made after the seven-day acceptance period has expired.
Freight: The buyer assumes all freight and transportation expenses associated with shipping equipment from the seller's location.
Ownership: The seller guarantees that all equipment listed is free and clear of liens, claims, or encumbrances and that the seller has full authority to sell the equipment.
