Returns and Refund Policy

All Returns must have prior approval from a Batavia Machinery sales agent, be clearly marked with an RMA#, and are subject to a 35% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. No returns on special order and custom items. Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Products must be secured with original packaging in new/unused condition and must be shipped in a sturdy box prepaid. Do not use the manufacturer box as a shipping container. Note: As of October 11, 2019, all transactions through credit cards will be subject to a 3.5% transaction cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse any deliveries that do no meet these conditions.
