RAMS Sheet Metal introduces their 14 gauge powered rotary machine. Capable of forming beads, crimping, flanging, and many other profiles, this machine can handle the heaviest of bead forming applications. The machine features 12 inch throat depth and a unique square drive shaft that is incredibly strong and eliminates the need for key-ways.
The machine is also equipped with many user friendly features including a control panel that allows on the fly pressure and speed adjustments, and a foot pedal control that allows the user to control the time it takes the rollers to contact the material. A time delay roller rotation can be adjusted to allow rollers to begin rotation prior to or after material contact.
Finally, the machine is equipped with an easily adjusted back gauge and integrated roller storage for the most commonly used dies.
